Using Our Services

These terms apply to all products provided by Zetomation (including Zeto Sheet Automation and Zeto Sheet Notification & Alerts). You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

Intellectual Property

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. Zetomation grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us at support@zetomation.com and we will discuss resolving the issue or processing a refund.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, other than as expressly set out in these terms, Zetomation does not make any specific promises about the Services. We provide the Services “as is”.

Liability

When permitted by law, Zetomation will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service. You should look at the terms regularly. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
