How do I get started with Zeto Sign?
Install Zeto Sign from Google Workspace Marketplace. Open it from the Add-ons menu inside your Google Form, sync your supported questions and share the generated Zeto Sign link. Re-sync when you change your form.
Where do respondents sign?
Respondents sign on a Zetomation-hosted page created from your synced Google Form—not inside the original Google Forms page. Share the Zeto Sign link to collect answers and a drawn signature together.
Who can access my responses?
Only the recorded, verified publisher can access the form’s owner dashboard using their Google account. Respondents do not get dashboard access. Signature-image links remain accessible to anyone with the link, including in linked Google Sheets.
Can I download or email the PDFs?
The owner can download a signed response PDF and a signing evidence PDF for responses with a submission-time snapshot. Historical responses without a snapshot do not have these PDFs. Zeto Sign’s notification emails contain no PDF attachments, answers or signature images.
Will responses reach my original Google Form?
Zeto Sign saves the hosted response and separately forwards answers and the signature-image link to your original Google Form. Google Forms settings and availability can affect forwarding to the form and its linked Sheet.
Which questions and signatures are supported?
Zeto Sign supports common text, choice, scale, rating, grid and date/time questions. File-upload questions are unsupported; section logic, images and quiz points are not migrated. Signatures are drawn signatures with recorded evidence, not certificate-backed digital signatures or a guarantee of legal validity.
